Another local band was one hand. This one takes popular
songs and changes the words to be about Minnesota. Very funny.

It was good enough that two youngsters to get up and dance.
Mark Hegstrom (Ken Thomas from WJJY Radio) was doing the announcing using a fake
mustache and Minnesota accent.

Speaking of dancing, there is a local group that loves to get
together to do just that.

Then the pig races started. Fun to watch.

The pig races came from
LA Pig
Races in Leader, Minnesota.
The joke is that the losing pigs wind up as pulled pork sandwiches the next day. |
