Saturday,
March 21, 2015: The Dynamic Duo of Mark and Paula were up before sunrise at White Bear Lake, north of St. Paul, Minnesota. Sunrise is an excellent time to catch photos, as was the case in this cemetery at Century College. |
|
Even old glory was waving at that hour. Brilliant colors with a blue sky not far away. |
|
Canadian Geese have returned to the northland for
another summer on the lakes. These birds look like they were well fed over the winter. |
The University of
Minnesota
Raptore Center brought some birds to Century College for
photographers. A Peregrine Falcon was there and posing for cameras. |
|
This owl was watching for small game food. It was surveying the humans nearby too. |
An American Eagle was there watching over the
proceedings. There are a few around Brainerd too, but very difficult to capture on a camera. |
Quote of the day: There is always something to see in this world. Mark | < Back to previous story | Ahead to next story > |
