Friday, November 28, 2014:
The annual Fish House Parade was held in Aitkin, Minnesota.
The event started out years ago with just fish houses, then evolved into much more.
Ron Shara and Raven the dog from Minnesota Bound and KARE TV Channel 11 were the parade marshals this year. 

 
Future Aitkin High School graduates were there.

Let's see, classes of 2018, 2021 and 2023.

They'll graduate before you know it. 

Hmmm....fish playing cards with human trophies on the wall!

How do they come up with this stuff?
Yes, Aitkin is on the Mississippi River so it is definitely a river town.

Even royalty show up there.

Dying to fish?

This group really put on an act.
Lots of floats in the parade.

Being an animal person, Paula liked this one.
These Cub Scouts may have their ice castle today.

They will learn about girls soon enough.
