         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Thursday, June 5, 2014:  Deb Holmes stopped over.  She lives in the Twin Cities, but has a summer home on Gilbert Lake.
Deb has rebuilt several homes and resold them to happy buyers.
She drove her The Auto Moto three-wheel scooter about 130 miles to Brainerd.  It can get up to 83 miles per gallon of gas. 
With seating for two, the scooter can go at highway speeds, but could be slowed to 30 miles per hour in a headwind, which is what she experienced on this trip.
 
Sunset that night was terrific.  You couldn't ask for much more.
