Monday, March 17, 2014, St. Patrick's Day:  Chef Paula was busy in the Gilbert Lodge Galley preparing Irish stew with soda bread and butter.
Mark really likes the stuff.
 
For dessert it was just a wee bit of genuine Bailey's Original Irish Cream.
