         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons

 Headed to Duluth, MN
Thursday, December 5, 2013: 

Mark and Paula drove to Duluth on a day that alternated between light snow and sunshine. 

Lots of snow covered trees along the way.

The scenery reminded them of snowmen and ginger snap cookies.

Neither Mark or Paula could resist the temptation.
They stopped at the Duluth Grill, which has been featured by Diner's Drive-ins and Dives on the Food Network with Guy Fieri.
Great food.
 

Deep Diver Paula liked the diver's hard hat and the aquarium with fish.

Right up her alley.

That evening they saw a ship leave the Duluth port by way of the Aerial Bridge.
If you look closely, you can see the moon in the background, just above the horizon.
