         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons

Saturday, August 10, 2013: 

Mark and Paula dined at the Brauhaus near Akeley, Minnesota.

This is an authentic German restaurant.  Ya Vol!

 
They serve German wine and German food.  How could anyone ask for more?
Mark couldn't pass up the Brauhaus Sampler. 
 

Their waitress that night was Fraulein Jessica. 

Mark and Paula learned that a married woman in Germany is addressed as Frau.  A man is Herr.

Mark is one-quarter German so he really appreciates German cooking.

No need to let language get in the way.

They went right for the German Chocolate Cake at dessert time.
