Chef Paula was busy preparing Alaskan Coho Salmon for the broiler. She used her secret sauce to enhance the taste. |

On a plate, it was excellent with green beans along with a mix of white and Minnesota wild rice. |
|
|
Here she is the next day serving left over salmon,
which she turned into Salmon Alfredo Paula. It went very well with garlic bread. No one goes hungry at Gilbert Lodge. |
