Saturday, November 2, 2013: 
The Muskrat Hunters showed up.  (l-r) Gregg, Sam, and Bob Miller. 
They brought traps in hopes of catching a few muskrats.
 
 
The crew is from Miller Brothers Construction and they take on muskrat trapping during slow months of the year.
On the right is one of the many muskrats they caught.  Muskrats are prized for their fur.
 
Canadian Geese were spotted on Gilbert Lake later in the day. 

They were probably planning a flight south for the winter.
