                     Chef Jean

Saturday, June 15, 2013:

Gourmet Chef Jean Schaeffer and her husband Dave invited Mark and Paula over for dinner.

She was slow-cooking baby back ribs.

 
Dave explained to Paula the nuances of the red color left on a wine glass from a high quality wine.

He is extremely knowledgeable on the subject and interesting to hear.

 
On the table with a salad and potato, the ribs were fit for a king.
 
Paula brought the angel food cake dessert.

There were berries and whipped cream on top.

 
Everyone had a good time in spite of Mark's lame jokes.
 
Then it was out on Gilbert Lake in the Minnow for a cruise.

Mark was the official Cruise Photographer.

Paula told to Jean about a large fish she saw while scuba diving earlier in the day.

How big was it?

 
Sunset that night was terrific.
