July 11, 2026: The annual Phelps Mill Festival in Phelps, about 40 miles west of Wadena, MN.



It all started with a half-mile ride from a parking lot in a farm field.



This is a craft fair similar to Arts in the Park in Brainerd.



Plenty of food and music.





People are naturally attracted to water.

It was a very pleasant warm day.
