June 3, 2026: Work started to to up date concrete at Gilbert Lodge.



They broght in sand and compacted it before a concrete truck arrived.



They call it "mud." A level was used to contour the surface so water will run off in the correct direction.



Smothing concrete requires just the right tools.


Then they smoothed it by hand before brushing the surface.
