 October 19, 2025: Mark and Paula headed to Emily, MN, where they found Aunt Girt's cabin on Dahler Lake. Now owned by someone else, it never had electricty or running water, just a hand pump in the kitchen are.  Paula remembers staying overnight here back in the 1960s when she was a pre-teen. Yes, the memories flood in.  They found Little Emily Lake Park at 21517 Papoose Road in Emily, MN, built and maintained by Crow Wing County.   They discovered this artwork on the way back to Brainerd. It is complete with a mushroom and two elephants.  Watch out, there's Ella! These elephants are stampeding! |
