 Sunday, September 14, 2025: An open house at Camp Ripley where the Red Devils Band was playing.    Lots of military eqipment to see at this training facility.   Boys liked to see and wear the equipment.  The Minnesota Air National Guard C-130 Hercules transport aircraft.   The Dynamic Duo of Paula and Mark sat at the controls of this plane. Good thing they didn't have the key to start it!  Then there was a flyover of jets.  An M-60 Paton Tank from the 1960s. Many were used in Vietnam.  A UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter.  Visistors were very intersted in hearing details.  Then there was this World War Two reenactor. |
