Friday, August 14, 2025: Mark and Paula visited Bear Head Lake State Park, about 20 miles from Ely, MN.



 Paula visited with a father and two sons who were fishing.






Then a turtle appeared. It was over a foot long.

This is Paula's kind of outing, a quiet state park.
