Friday,  July 11, 2025:
Heading north from Rapid City, South Dakota, where the hills are tall and deer are plentiful.




With hills you find waterfalls, then fishermen and women.



Waterfalls happen because of rain and that is what part of the day was like. Sorry motorcyclists.



They pulled into Deadwood, SD, as the rain was letting up.



This is the kind of place where gunmen from the old west would play cards.



And, of course, there would be a shooting. Such was the way of frontier towns!
