 Thursday, July 10, 2025: The Dynamic Due of Mark and Paula Persons headed further west on I-90. This is wide-open prairie country has few trees to slow the wind. A great place for wind power.  Then, there it was. Dignity: of Earth & Sky, a Native American statue, on the east side of the Missouri River. The statue is 50-feet tall, made of stainless steel. She represents the Lakota and Dakota culture in South Dakota. 
The site overlooks the Missouri River.  Paula fell in love with these prairie dogs.   Mark wasn't so sure of this place if there were snakes about! |
